As a gym owner and women's health coach for the last 10 years I am here to un-complicate perimenopause so you can feel validated in you experience and get the support you need to feel less overwhelmed.
That means I’m totally over pills, powders, and quick fixes, and I don’t believe in fad diets and fasting to lose weight. I know firsthand what it’s like to try everything and have nothing work. That’s why I take the multi-layered approach to getting perimenopause symptom relief.
